WMC Legal recognise that different people can have different financial resources and that’s exactly why we endeavour to provide you with as many funding options as possible, including in some circumstances, Legal Aid.
We are open about our cost structure and take pride in offering quality legal services, irrespective of whether you are paying in full or receiving Legal Aid.
Our ethos has, and always will be, to ensure that everyone has access to high quality legal advice regardless of their financial resources, so please contact us if you are in need of legal help but are worried about the cost. We can discuss our different funding options with you.
Private Clients
Legal Proceedings are expensive and we are well aware that escalating costs are a major cause for concern for most clients.
We try to be as transparent as possible as to the likely costs to be incurred on the basis of the information you provide us.
Legal Aid
We can offer Legal Aid to all parents or carers with parental responsibility where Social Services issue care proceedings or where they send Letters before Proceedings.
For other cases such as Divorce, Contact, Residence or Finances, although we do not offer Legal Aid for new clients, we are able to offer significantly reduced rates for clients in receipt of benefits and in some circumstances, a payment plan to assist with the costs.
